Cixi Chima Metal Products Co., Ltd. has two major production bases in Ningbo and Southwest Guizhou. It is a key manufacturing enterprise in Ningbo and one of the top 100 manufacturing enterprises in Ningbo. With aluminum strip casting, annealing, cold rolling, cleaning, slitting, stamping and other advanced production equipment. It has maintained a good technical cooperation relationship with China Aluminum Association, Ningbo Institute of materials, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Ningbo Research Institute of Dalian University of technology, Zhejiang University of technology and other industries and scientific research institutions, and has a number of independent intellectual property rights in key technologies such as aluminum based crystal combination and recrystallization. It has formed an annual production capacity of 250000 tons of aluminum plate and strip, which is the basis for the production of large cast-rolling deep-drawing aluminum discs in China. The 1050, 1060, 3003 and 8011 series of aluminum plates and strips produced are in the leading position in the industry in terms of ductility, tensile strength and other major properties, and have become suppliers of high-quality substrates for cooking utensils, household appliances and new energy vehicle enterprises such as Midea, Aishida, Kodali and BYD. Some products are exported to Southeast Asia, Europe, the United States, the Middle East and other countries and regions.
Copper-aluminum eutectic strip is the first international and domestic product developed by the company on the basis of the existing aluminum strip casting and rolling. The product adopts a unique solid-liquid cast-rolling composite forming technology. Compared with the copper-aluminum composite plate produced by the traditional process, it has a subversive upgrade in peel strength, current carrying capacity, conductivity, tensile strength, shear strength and other properties. The product replaces copper with aluminum, and some of its performance is better than copper. The replacement cost reduction rate of copper materials by users is more than 40%. It can be widely used in electrical, electrical, electronic, photovoltaic, energy storage, military industry, shipping, rail transit, construction and other fields. It plays a great role in boosting the "double carbon" economy and reducing the risk of strategic reserve of copper resources.
